The Tandoor
At the heart of our kitchen sits our clay tandoor oven, the same style used across India for centuries. Meats are marinated for hours in yoghurt and hand-ground spices, then cooked over intense heat — sealing in flavour and creating the signature char that defines true tandoori cuisine.
